TV買い替え

１１年前、退職金で購入したTVが残念ながらお亡くなりになりました。電源を入れて再起動を繰り返し見れなくなった。しばらくラジオ生活していましたが、思い切って新しいのを購入。オリンピックも外れたしちょうどラグビーもやっているので４Ｋとやらで楽しむこととする。そして、１０年経つといよいよリモコンもネット動画時代の到来ですね。YouTubeとHuluボタンがあるではないか、これは危険だ・・・。（左：KDL-40X5000、右：KJ-49X9500G）

＜合格記＞Google Cloud認定-Professional Cloud Architect試験

Google Cloud Platform(GCP)の認定資格ゲットしました。Google神が創った「検索」「Gmail」「Google Maps」等を支えるアーキテクチャが、民に解放されたのでw

　個人的にいいな〜と思ったのが、
　・シンプル＋プロジェクトの概念 → 分かりやすいね！
　・Cloud Shell → ブラウザやスマホアプリでコマンド打てます！
　・Kubernetes Engine → これがコンテナオーケストレーション技術か！

　アプリ開発者にインフラを意識させず、グローバルに、即座に、アプリをデプロイするGoogleの思想いいね。IaaSから始まったAWSとは一味違う魅力を感じました。GCPこれからぐっと伸びてくる気がします。

　忘れずに1ヶ月半の学習履歴をメモ。AWSと違って「黒本」みたいな練習問題もなく、ググってみたものの手探りでした…。

■クラウド経験
　・AWS：2019年3月末・・・約5ヶ月半
　・GCP：2019年7月末・・・約1ヶ月半

■学習履歴１（7/31-8/31）※通勤と毎日1時間学習でコツコツと（約40時間）

・Google Cloud Next'19で涼むために立ち寄ったハンズオンラボで初お触り（約2時間）
　　→CourseraとQwiklabsが1ヶ月無料キャンペーンもでかかった

・Courseraで動画視聴（約8時間）
　　 →「Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure 日本語版」でざっくり概要を掴む（日本語字幕）

・「Google Cloud Platform　エンタープライズ設計ガイド」をKindleで購入（1,458円）
　　→GCP全体概要を学習。間違いなく５周以上は読み込んだ良本（約10時間）

・Qwiklabsのハンズオンの４つのクエストを自力でやってみる（約20時間）
　　→「GCPの基礎」
　　　「ベースライン：インフラストラクチャ」
　　　「クラウドアーキテクチャ」
　　　「チャレンジGCPアーキテクチャ」→YAMLもお勉強。あと１問だけ腹立つクソ問題有り…

■学習履歴２（9/1−9/18）　※追い込み（約25時間）

・自GCPアカウント作成（１年間、約３万円分無料）＋受験日（9/18）を設定

・公式模擬試験（無料：20問）をやってみる。正答率50%でショックを受ける…（約1時間）

・「プログラマのためのGoogle Cloud Platform入門 」をKindleで購入（3,000円）
　　→毎日1時間の学習+本の通りに自環境でサンプルアプリを動かしてみた（約15時間）

・トップゲートさんの技術ブログを読んで自環境を触ってみる（約5時間）

・AWSの時と同様、LB+GCE(wordpress)+Cloud SQLを作ってみる（約1時間）

・直前追い込み。公式模擬試験（同じ問題）を１回（正答率100%）とKindle２冊を１周（約3時間）

■受験(9/18 14:30＠横浜)
　計120分、50問の選択式。受験料$200のため失敗はかなり痛いレベル。
　出題は模擬試験のレベルを超えており、初用語もあったし難易度高。4択中2択までは絞れてもそのあとが自信ないのが多数。あと紙とペンが用意されていない試験のため全て頭でシミュが苦しかった。模試はやっておいてよかった。集中力が切れかかったが約20分を残し一旦完投。一度トイレ休憩に行って頭を落ち着かせた後、ざっと10分程度で全50問見直す（3問位は修正したと思う）。超絶不安の中「回答提出」をポチる→合格（点数も合格基準も不明…。）

■総評
　業務で使ってない俺みたいな人は、教科書的な知識だけではなく、本やWeb等を調べながら実際に色々なサービスを作っては壊しての実験を繰り返さないと腹落ちしなかった。ビジネス要件・技術要件を満たすのはどれ？GCPが推奨する方法はどれ？みたいな問題がちらほら。Kubernetesは理解しておくべし。オンプレとクラウド間接続（Cloud Interconnect系）の問題もちらほら。

■特典
リュックかパーカーがプレゼントされる模様。

■今後
　Googleの分析やら機械学習は深くやれなかったので残り10ヶ月で地味に勉強や。あと、ガートナー的には、クラウド分野はMicrosoft Azureを押さえておくか。

＜備忘録＞AWS EC2インスタンス死亡フラグ立ちました…。

AWSから突然メールが来た。EC2インスタンスの１つに死亡フラグが立ったらしい。。。
確かに到達しない。。。普段落としていた予備用のインスタンス立ち上げて接続性確保。ELBからも見えるようになった。
　AWS実験用URL→ http://aws-cdn.osamuchan.com
　構成：　The Internet → CloudFront → ELB → EC2(WordPress) → RDS(MySQL)
